KAMI learned that Herlene has been in a romantic relationship with a non-showbiz guy for three years now.
According to the star, she is grateful to her boyfriend for making her happy when she has problems.
She also thanked him for giving her some financial assistance when she runs out of money.
“Akala nga nila ako nagbibigay ng pera. Actually, siya nagbibigay sa akin ng pera pag walang-wala ako,” Herlene shared.
Furthermore, Hipon Girl revealed that even though a lot of people have a crush on her boyfriend, he still stays with her despite her flaws.
“Nagtitiis siya sa akin. Maraming nagkaka-crush dun e. Nagtitiis pa rin naman siya sa akin,” she explained.

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over a million subscribers.
In a previous report by KAMI, Herlene told Toni Gonzaga that her savings are now gone and that she is back to zero. She explained that her money is gone because of her departure from “Wowowin” and due to some of her family members relying on her financially.
In the same interview with Toni, Herlene Budol expressed her gratitude to Toni’s younger sister, Alex Gonzaga. She shared that she now has a lot of subscribers on YouTube because Alex featured her on her own vlog.
