Elisse Joson just received an amazing surprise from her boyfriend, McCoy de Leon, in celebration of their anniversary as a couple.
The actor actually made a touching short film dedicated to the actress which he titled, 'YAU' which stands for 'You Are Unique'.
The short film featured videos of different things and places along with videos of the happy couple. McCoy also included a loving message to his girlfriend telling her that she is one of a kind.

To close the video, McCoy expressed his love for the actress by saying, "Mahal kita Elisse ko."
In response, Elisse also posted a video montage of the actor with the song 'Araw-Araw' by Filipino band, Ben&Ben.
