Liza Soberano recently dropped a brand new vlog for her YouTube channel where she demonstrated how she removes her makeup and cleanses her face.
The actress also decided to make things more interesting by answering several questions from netizens. One netizen asked what advice could she give to someone with low self-esteem.
Liza candidly admitted that she herself struggles with low self-esteem. The actress, who is known for her beauty and kindness, most certainly has no cause to doubt herself. However, Liza opined that most people have to deal with this particular problem.
"Honestly that's something I struggle with too and I think a lot of women, a lot of people in general struggle with low self-esteem. We always want something more and we always want something better for ourselves"
According to the gorgeous actress, the best way to deal with this particular issue is to simply accept that everyone has flaws and make mistakes.
"And I guess the most important thing is just to acknowledge that we're human and that we have flaws, we make mistakes, and that we're not perfect. So I guess once you learn to accept that it becomes easier for you to deal with or manage with your low self-esteem."
