In the comments section of her latest Instagram post, a worried fan checked on Angel after the actress experienced “traumatizing months”

“Angel, I hope you're ok, it's been a traumatizing months,” the netizen penned.

She recently made headlines following the much-talked-about incident in the community pantry she put up on her birthday. It can be recalled that a 67-year-old man died after collapsing while lining up at the said pantry. ABS-CBN then released a statement addressing the issue about Angel. It said that the network is standing by Angel and believing in the goodness of her heart.

Angel’s fellow celebrities also aired comforting messages to the actress. Among the prominent personalities who consoled Angel via social media are Bea Alonzo, Liza Soberano, Ogie Diaz, Dimples Romana and Rita Avila. Some of them urged the actress to stop blaming herself over the said incident. They also defend the actress from detractors who blame Angel for the incident.
