During a Q&A session with her followers via Instagram Stories, a fan asked her how to be unbothered like her.
“How to be unbothered Miss Ellen? I need your spirit,” the netizen asked.

The 33-year-old actress then answered that meditation is the key.
“Meditation can heal your anxious, overthinking, bothered mind and spirit,” Ellen said in a short clip.
