- The video showed that a man and a woman were so mad at a cyclist because he scratched their car
- The car owner also tried to take the bicycle to let the crowd see that it was the bicycle that grazed the car
- Thereafter, another cyclist tried to intervene in the hopes that he could pacify the hysterical car owner
A video of a road altercation between a guy who was driving his car and a cyclist, whom he accused of grazing his vehicle has gone viral.
The vehicle owner was with his wife and they accused the cyclist of grazing or scratching their vehicle.
The cyclist was very calm but the car owner was hysterical, together with his wife, who told the crowd that they are so quick to judge but they did not even know what really happened.
In the middle part of the video, the cyclist could be heard saying:
"Hinabol niya po ako, paghabol po sa akin, binangga pa po niya ako eh."
He also showed that his bicycle was broken by the car owner when he tried to grab it from him.
Later, another cyclist tried to pacify both parties. Watch the whole video below.

However, there also came so many issues along with it becoming a part of the regular getup of a citizen in everyday life. A netizen warned the public about a modus, which involved buying used face masks but would recycle and re-sell them again.
The Department of Transportation has said that all passengers of public transport are required to wear face masks and also face shield. Malls and other public places with indoor settings have also required the use of masks.
