Mark has finally addressed the issue in a text message he sent to ABS-CBN. According to the actor, he did not violate the law in getting a vaccination as he has hypertension, a condition where an individual's blood pressure is abnormally high. The actor mentioned that his blood pressure is 180/130 which is indicative of hypertension.
The actor also revealed that he is on the substitution list. Mark shared that he is on the second priority list but was vaccinated because some medical workers on the priority list did not arrive for their vaccinations.
