Biden is reportedly bound for Atlanta to meet with officials and members of the Asian-American community there.

When he was about halfway the stairs of the presidential plane, Biden’s right foot appeared to slip, making the President stumble.

He immediately recovered but then his left foot slipped big time two or three steps after the first slip.

The President, whose right hand never let go of the stairs railings, managed to catch his fall by bracing his left hand and arm on the steps.

He again attempted to recover but lost his balance entirely, causing his entire body to fall smack into the flight of stairs. It was a good thing he did not hit his head on the steps.

Judging from the position of his left leg after the third fall, it is likely that President Biden could have sustained some type of injury.

This possibility became more apparent when he appeared to slightly limp upon reaching the top of the stairs and went inside the plane.

The White House, however, allayed the fears of many that the President is hurt. According to Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House principal deputy press secretary, strong winds caused Biden to fall.

She also assured everyone that President Biden is in good shape.
