VP Leni Robredo took to Facebook to share a great moment that her daughter, Jillian experienced.

She narrated how Jillian sent her a copy of a text from her Development Economics textbook.

Robredo said that the text was too small but Jillian said that the text mentioned the late Jesse Robredo, where the author cited how Jesse locally governed Naga.

The author then stated key points for good governance.

"The text is too small but she was telling us that her Papa was mentioned in her Development Economics textbook. Essentially, the paragraph on him was how he proved that transparency and people participation in local governance eradicated corruption and mismanagement and that good governance is an essential component of economic development. The author of the book is Belgian Economist Gerard Roland."

Vice President Leni Robredo took to Twitter and congratulated U.S. President-elect Joe Biden and VP-elect Kamala Harris. VP Robredo said that the victory of Biden and Harris is an affirmation of the shared ideals, which the two nations have shared. She emphasized civil rights, democracy, inclusivity and faith, and stated that she prays for Biden and Harris' success.
