- The wife and the mother said that the helmet where the alleged money and the illegal substance was found did not belong to him because he was a tricycle driver and he would not be wearing a helmet when driving one

A video of a tricycle driver went viral and the perceived "planting of evidence" by netizens was enough clamor for RTIA to take action.
Idol Raffy's program was tagged thousands of times by netizens.

The wife of the tricycle driver, Rizzie Deocales, and the mom, Luz Deocales, were interviewed by Idol Raffy Tulfo.
He interviewed both the wife and the mom, as well as the police officers who had command over the officers who made the arrest.
Based on the account of the wife and the mom of the tricycle driver, the helmet does not belong to him and everything was planted.
As for the police officers, they also said that the helmet belongs to the tricycle driver.
Not taking any side, Idol Raffy managed to handle the issue fairly.
