Christopher De Leon biography
Chris was born on 31st October 1956 in Manila, Philippines. He is the son of Filipino parents, Gil de Leon and Lilia Dizon. He also has German and Jewish roots from his maternal side of the family.
Chris has sisters named Lara Mellisa De Leon and Pinky De Leon. He is a practising Roman catholic. He became a US citizen in 1999 owing to his maternal roots.

Education
He had a passion for acting since he was young and, therefore, decided to pursue his dream. He attended the University of the East in Manila, where he studied Fine Arts.
Marriage
De Leon first got married in 1975 to Nora Aunor. Although they later separated in 1980 and got divorced, they had five children together. He later got married to Sandy Andolong, a fellow actress. Since their marriage began in 2011, they have had five children.

Acting career
Christopher started his acting career in 1974 when he acted in “Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang.” In the 1980’s he was part of the all-male show, “Goin’ Bananas.” He is famous for shows such as the first Filipino version of “Who wants to be a Millionaire?” that started in the year 2000.
He recently started producing theatre plays through Green Wings Entertainment. His first venture was a musical called “Lorenzo.” Some of the other Television shows he has acted in include:
