The South Korean artist was born on December 16th, 1988, in Seoul, South Korea, as Park Yong-Kyu. He is the eldest child in a family of three brothers. Park attended An-Nam High School, and upon graduating, he joined the Seoul Institute of the Arts.

His passion for acting manifested early in his life. While he was in middle school, the young Park joined the animation club. His interest grew more robust in high school. During free time and after school, he and a company of friends would attend the acting academy.

It is in the acting academy that Park developed a dream of being an actor. He then decided to join the Seoul Institute of the Arts to major in acting after high school.

Park enlisted for the mandatory military service in 2008 when he was 19 years. He was discharged in 2010.

Career

The actor made his debut in the Entertainment industry in 2011. He featured in the music video of a song by Bang Yong-Guk dubbed I Remember.
