Video shows how police handled evidence at scene of Winston Ragos shooting

- Winston Ragos was shot by a policeman at a checkpoint in Quezon City

- A video footage showed how the evidence was handled by the policemen after Ragos was shot

- His sling bag was not left on the ground, but was picked up by one policeman and tossed inside the police vehicle

- The video didn't show that there was any member of SOCO who checked the scene before the sling bag was placed inside the police vehicle

KAMI learned that a video of the subsequent events that transpired after Corporal Winston Ragos was shot has gone viral.

In the video, it could be seen how the policemen handled the scene and the evidence available.

The sling bag, which Ragos threw, which the policemen alleged containe a .38 caliber was picked up by one of the policemen and tossed inside the police vehicle.

Based on the video, it was not opened in the presence of the many witnesses who were there.

There was also no indication that SOCO came to investigate the incident or the scene.

In a previous report by KAMI, the Philippine Army Chief already ordered the launch an investigation on the death of Corporal Winston Ragos. As per their statement, they also mentioned that the wounds of a soldier are not merely physical but also mental.
