Biography
Orlando Bloom was born on 13th January 1977 as Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Bloom in Canterbury, Kent, England. He was raised by his mother, Sonia Constance Josephine, and his late step-father, Harry Bloom. His biological father was Colin Stone. At 13 years, his mother revealed to him that Harry was not his biological father. When his step-father passed away, Colin, his biological father, took legal guardianship of his son.
Orlando has one older sister Samantha Bloom.
He attended St. Peter's Methodist Primary School. He joined the Junior School of the King's and then transferred to St. Edmund’s School in Canterbury. Bloom’s mother always encouraged him to participate in Drama and Art classes.
