iKON members oldest to youngest
Members of the iKON group vary in terms of their age, height and interests. In terms of iKON members age, Chang is the youngest member of the group born in 1998 and is followed closely by the second last June of March 1997. The oldest member of the group is Jay 1994, followed by Song February 1995, Bobby December 1995, BI 1996, DK January 1997, and finally Chang 1998.

Prior to the group’s debut, current iKON members were engaged in other activities. The group leader B.I was featured in MC Mong’s single title “Indian Boy.” Together, they performed on a number of international stages including the 2009 SBS Dream Concert and the You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook. The lead vocalist Ju-ne was equally engaged in other activities including performing in the SBS variety show, Star King.
B.I, Bobby, Jinhwan, Ju-ne, Donghyuk, and Yunhyeong competed in the 2013 Mnet reality survival show dubbed WIN: Who Is Next under the group name Team B. They competed against Team A who had enlisted in the competition. After three rounds of neck-to-neck tussles, Team A won as the best group.
Debut
iKON’s delayed debut came with a successful launch of their first pre-single "My Type." It was followed by a music video in September 2015 and became a great hit. Barely 24-hours after its release, the video enjoyed a massive viewership of about 1.7 million views on YouTube.
Despite the delayed official live launch of their first album, "My Type" was already winning big time. It was crowned thrice in the Gaon chart, scooping the top spot on the digital ranking. This was not the last time the group would rock their fans with amazing music.
iKON members Love Scenario was yet another hit. The single was described as a soothing mellow. It topped the Gaon digital chart for a consecutive six weeks in 2018 and became one of the greatest hits by the group.
