University of the East Caloocan
UE Caloocan started in two rented rooms on Dasmarinas, Street, Manila. The facility began with 110 students enrolling in Certified Public Accounting review, in 1946. The higher learning institute was started by a group of business educators who wanted to help the country.
However, the facility was sold in 1990 by a business tycoon known as Lucio Tan. The school was at one time labeled as the largest institution in Asia. The higher learning center got this title, and the registration of the students reached 65,000. UE Manila is known has also been granted the Autonomous Status by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). It is one of the 68 private higher learning education regulating bodies to get the CHED recognition.

- For the salutatorian and valedictorian, present a certificate by High School principal. The document should be inclusive of the number of graduates and the award received.
- For the resident international student, present the Alien Certificate of registration (ACR). The Bureau of Immigration should issue this document.
- For the students who work full time, they should have a certificate of employment.
- For those applying for the College of Fine Arts, they need to pass the UE talent test that will be administered for the College.
