UE Caloocan started in two rented rooms on Dasmarinas, Street, Manila. The facility began with 110 students enrolling in Certified Public Accounting review, in 1946. The higher learning institute was started by a group of business educators who wanted to help the country.
However, the facility was sold in 1990 by a business tycoon known as Lucio Tan. The school was at one time labeled as the largest institution in Asia. - For the students who work full time, they should have a certificate of employment.
- For those applying for the College of Fine Arts, they need to pass the UE talent test that will be administered for the College.
