A wedding between a bride and groom-to-be came to an unexpected halt because of the bride’s actions.
A video taken in Bagua, Amazonas, Peru, showed what appeared to be a mass wedding ceremony taking place.
As a soon-to-be-married couple stood before the civil wedding officiants, the bride began to look uneasy and visibly emotional.
According to a report by Ivan Mayrina on GMA 7’s "Unang Balita," when the bride was asked if she accepted the groom as her lawfully wedded husband, she reportedly responded with a firm "no."

After refusing to accept the groom as her husband, the bride ran away and left everyone, especially her groom, bewildered.
A wedding officiant is the person who leads and performs a wedding ceremony. They have the legal authority to marry a couple, depending on the country or state. Officiants can be religious leaders, judges, or licensed individuals.

When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
