According to a report by GMA News on Tuesday, the incident was caught on video. The footage showed the exact moment when one of the cables broke while the ride was in motion.
As seen in the video, the ride was abruptly affected after the cable snapped. It then swung and hit a nearby post, which was holding the remaining cable. The sudden impact caused concern among those watching the ride at the time.
The report also showed that some debris from the ride fell toward the ground. Two individuals who were watching from below were reportedly hit, adding to the number of injured.

Authorities confirmed that aside from the two children riding the attraction, two more people were hurt due to the falling debris. All four individuals sustained injuries and were immediately brought to a nearby health center for treatment.
