Barry Gutierrez, spokesman of the Office of the Vice President, refuted the claims on social media that those who came to the grand rally of VP Leni did so voluntarily.
He expressed such sentiment during the Biserbisyong Leni program on DZXL.
He even lamented how politicians who got used to the "hakot" method, also think the same about others.
