"Sabi po ng kapatid ko pilit kinukuha yung cellphone nila, nanlaban po sila, dun po nangyari na nasaksak yung kapatid ko," the grieving sibling recounted.

Despite suffering severe wounds to his side and arm during the scuffle, the incredibly brave student managed to muster enough strength to flee the scene. He miraculously made it back to his own house to seek immediate help before being urgently transported to a nearby hospital. The teenager had to undergo emergency surgery due to internal damage, and his road to full recovery remains uncertain.

"Kailangan po sakali na buksan ulit yung tahi niya para po tingnan po ulit yung kanyang intestine dahil nahiwa po ito or nabutas dahil sa saksak ng suspek," the victim's sibling added, highlighting the terrifying medical consequences of the sudden attack.

Authorities acted swiftly, conducting a follow-up operation that resulted in the immediate arrest of the suspect.
