Dela Rosa concluded his statement by expressing faith in divine oversight as a source of strength during times of adversity. Believing that his struggles are witnessed by a higher power, Dela Rosa declared, “God sees us. God is with us.”

The senator did not explicitly name the sources of the alleged persecutions in his holiday message.
