According to GMA News, the incident happened when the teenager entered the premises of a residential house. He approached a parked motorcycle, took something from the balcony area, and drove the vehicle away.

The caretaker of the house stated that the motorcycle belonged to a foreign guest who was visiting. The key was left inserted in the ignition, which allowed the minor to start and take the motorcycle easily.
Authorities were able to trace and apprehend the minor suspect. The stolen motorcycle was recovered and returned to its rightful owner.
No additional statement has been issued by the minor regarding the incident.
