The suspect also reportedly threatened his ex, coercing her to meet with him again.
According to a report by John Consulta on "24 Oras Weekend," the suspect was apprehended last Friday at a local eatery in Rosario.
Surveillance footage from the NBI Ilocos Regional Office showed the suspect approaching his ex-girlfriend inside the establishment.

When he took her belongings, operatives from the NBI Ilocos and the PNP Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) Region 1 moved in to arrest him.
The suspect, a patrolman, was accused of uploading the sensitive videos using a dummy social media account.
NBI Ilocos Regional Director Joel Tovera revealed that the victim had begged the officer to delete the videos, but he instead demanded to meet one last time to fulfill his "lustful desires."
“The complainant pleaded with him to take down the videos, but he used that opportunity to pressure her into meeting him again for his indecent intentions,” Tovera said.
Authorities seized the officer’s service firearm and the cellphone allegedly used to upload the videos.
The suspect is currently under the custody of the NBI Ilocos Regional Office, and GMA Integrated News is still attempting to obtain his side of the story.
The incident has sparked renewed calls for stricter enforcement of laws against revenge p&rn and cybercrime, especially when committed by members of law enforcement.

Still in other news, a 16-year-old girl in Antipolo accused a tricycle driver of forcibly taking her to a hotel instead of bringing her home after work around 3 a.m. The victim said the driver ignored her pleas and sped up when she asked to be let off, "binilisan pa niya lalo 'yung takbo ng tricycle niya, natatakot na po ako nun." At the hotel, CCTV showed the driver holding her arm, and the girl said: "hihingi po sana ako ng tulong kaso natatakot po ako sa kanya."
