Generally speaking, a sn@tcher is a person who quickly grabs or steals something, usually in public places. In many cases, sn@tchers target bags, phones, or wallets from people walking or riding vehicles. They often run away or escape quickly, making it hard for victims to stop them. This kind of crime is common in crowded areas where people may not be paying close attention.
