A 10-wheeler truck sadly plunged off a cliff in Nueva Vizcaya today, June 09.
As reported by ABS-CBN, the truck was loaded with food and school supplies.
In a cellphone video taken by Robelyyn Bermejo, several men were seen trying to rescue two individuals trapped inside the truck's crushed front cabin.
Bermejo mentioned in the video that the rescuers needed a bolt cutter to speed up the rescue, as lives were at serious risk.

The video also showed the scattered rice and school supplies.
Meanwhile, two other passengers of the truck were already rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
Brigada Eskwela is a yearly program in the Philippines led by the Department of Education.

They help clean, repair, and prepare public school classrooms and surroundings.
