CCTV footage showed Alvin "Nano" Dela Cruz leaving his home compound and entering a nearby alley around 1 a.m.
A witness reported hearing a heated argument before the shooting.
Hindi nakikinig," the witness recalled.

Nano’s brother, who also heard the commotion, confirmed the tension.
Ariel Gracilla, a member of the Barangay Security Force, arrived shortly after.
Nano’s live-in partner insisted he was not a thief and had been wrongly accused.
CCTV confirmed he was unarmed and appeared to be searching for something inside the suspect’s compound.
