The video, which was captured by one of the passengers, Nova Oliva, vividly portrays the unfolding crisis as multiple individuals, including Oliva herself, are heard weeping, expressing anger, and desperately pleading with the bus driver to stop the vehicle and allow them to disembark.

The distressing footage reveals passengers begging the driver to halt the bus immediately, indicating a severe level of discomfort and perceived danger due to the manner in which the vehicle was being operated.

Some passengers are also heard shouting and directing their complaints towards the bus conductor, whose reaction, according to the initial reports, appeared indifferent to their escalating distress.

Burgos also provided a video to ABS-CBN News, which contained audio purportedly from passengers during the incident.

In this audio, at least one passenger can be heard saying, “Hayaan mo na, paunahin ko na siya” (Let it be, just let him go ahead).
Another male passenger is also heard echoing this sentiment, saying, “Paunahin mo na siya pare” (Just let him go ahead, sir).

Additionally, a passenger can be heard repeatedly saying, “Mag-stop na lang, mag-stop na lang” (Just stop, just stop).

Burgos appealed for a comprehensive understanding of the entire context before any judgment is passed against him.
