According to a report by Balitanghali on GMA News, the victim accidentally brushed against one of the suspects but immediately apologized for the incident.
However, the apology did not sit well with the minor, leading to a heated argument.
Tensions escalated quickly, and three other minors joined in, allegedly attacking the victim.

The situation took a violent turn despite the victim’s efforts to diffuse it.
In a viral video of the incident, a woman can be heard crying—she was later identified as the victim’s girlfriend.
Her distress further highlighted the intensity of the altercation, drawing sympathy from netizens who expressed concern over the growing number of violent encounters involving minors.
Authorities have yet to release further details regarding the incident, including the condition of the victim and any possible legal actions against the suspects.
The sister of the victim said that her brother finds it difficult to stand, and when he does, he would immediately feel nauseous.
