The victim, identified as 44-year-old Michael Mararac, a resident of Barangay San Miguel, was resting on Sunday morning when two assailants arrived and opened fire, resulting in his death.

According to a report by GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon this past Monday, Mararac died at the scene due to the gunshot wounds he sustained.

His family expressed their confusion and grief, stating they were unaware of any enemies he might have had, leaving them searching for answers and justice.
