Moments later, he swiftly crossed the bridge and quickly approached a vehicle with its window open.

Without hesitation, he snatched the cellphone from inside the vehicle and quickly ran barefoot away from the scene.

Further CCTV footage revealed that the teenager was not acting alone.

He was seen with another minor after the incident, suggesting that the crime may have been premeditated.

Authorities are now investigating the case and working to identify the individuals involved.

The incident has raised discussions about the increasing number of minors involved in street crimes and the need for stricter measures to prevent such incidents.

Many netizens expressed their concerns on social media, urging parents and authorities to take action in addressing juvenile delinquency.

When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
