A man who climbed up the post and who was allegedly trying to tap on the power lines to be able to restore electricity on his home, fell and plunged to his death.
Based on Saksi of GMA News, the houses in the area did not have electricity yet, which pushed the victim to try tapping into the power lines to restore electricity.
“Naisipan nitong kumonekt o kung ano yung gagawin dun sa ano, at ang hinihinala po natin na siya ay mayroong balak mag-jumper ng kuryente, magnakaw ng kuryente," said Police Captain Dennis Turla, chief of the MPD H*micide Section.
He then narrated that people saw that the man just fell, that there was a spark.

“Nagulat na lang itong mga tao sa lugar na biglaan siyang bumagsak. May nag-spark, parang pumutok, at nalaglag siya sa poste,” he also stated.

When they checked the woman inside, she was no longer wearing undergarments, and her upper dress was lifted up.
