According to GMA Public Affairs, the singer had a heart attack while she was singing.
In several videos shared by the program, a man testified that a nurse at the event saw that blood was already dripping out of her nose and at that point said that she may be really suffering from high blood pressure.
The doctor who was interviewed also said that perhaps, her blood pressure shot up, which caused the heart attack.
