A 4-month old baby was taken from her mother and father while they were sleeping on the sidewalk in Quezon City.
According to the mother, Rosel Manansala, it was extremely painful thinking that their baby was taken from them.
"Sobrang sakit po ma’am. Para po kaming binagsakan ng langit at lupa. Iniisip ko po ngayon kung ano ginagawa sa kanya nung tao, kung sinasaktan po ba yung anak ko o nililinisan po ba siya," she said.
The assailant was caught on CCTV taking the baby.

In a CCTV footage, the rider parked his motorcycle on one side of the gasoline station, took out a machete from his utility box, and swung it right in the face of the gasoline boy. Thankfully, the suspect was caught by a security guard, and the victim was quickly taken to the hospital and is now recovering from the wound.
