A mother, Gloria Berlon, and her two-year-old child sustained injuries after a tricycle hit them while they were on the road around 10pm on Friday.

Based on the report of Katrina Son of 24 Oras Weekend, the victims went to Bilibid Viejo to buy a dish and when they were already on their way home, a tricycle hit them while walking.

The mother and her child were even dragged several meters.

"Maya-maya 'yung tricycle po ang bilis, hindi po namin in-expect na kami 'yung tatamaan kasi pa-ganu'n po siya eh tapos kami naman po papasok," she said.

"Hanggang sa kinakaladkad niya po ako, sumisigaw po ako, ''Yung anak ko! 'Yung anak ko!'"she narrated.

The victim already filed a blotter and is seeking for help from the driver.

"Makonsensiya ka naman po sa amin, kung sino ka man. Tulungan mo lang kami sa pampagamot, hindi ka namin aanuhin, kahit tinakasan mo lang kami. Maawa ka naman, kung napapanood mo kami ngayon."
