An MMDA officer put his life on the line just to be able to stop a rogue motorist from getting away.

In a report by 24 Oras, the enforcer threw himself on the hood of a red Hyundai Stargazer, and was hanging on for dear life while the car was running on the road.

The car allegedly hit another car, and although a number of officers tried to stop it, the car just kept on moving.

Other MMDA enforcers also tried to help as could be seen in one footage where the car passed an intersection in Taguig.

Many netizens expressed their admiration for the officer who did not think of his own safety just to do his duty.

Authorities have already called a family who has earlier reported that they have a female relative who was missing.

Another news that has recently gone viral is that of a security guard who was caught after he tried to set fire to an online bingo establishment where he was working. The same security guard was also caught stealing money from the office. CCTV showed him returning twice into the office to unload bundles of money. However, upon his second return, he set fire to some of the money.
