Starbucks Philippines released its official statement regarding the video of a manager allegedly telling customers to leave the premises.
Previously, a customer took a video of a manager telling them to leave the shop after they were allegedly harassed by a person, went viral.
On GMA's FYP, Starbucks Philippines released their official statement regarding the incident.
According to the multinational coffeehouse, they have already contacted the customers involved in the said incident that went viral online.

They also mentioned that they are already taking "all necessary measures" to achieve that their customers feels "safe, secure, and welcome."
"We know of the incident at one of our stores on August 8 and have already contacted the customers involved. Ensuring that everyone feels safe, secure, and welcome in our stores is our top priority, and we will take all necessary measures to achieve this. This matter is being taken very seriously and is currently under investigation. We sincerely apologize for this experience and will follow up closely with those involved to provide our support," they wrote.
