Lolit Solis has taken to social media to pen a lengthy commentary on the viral death of dog Killua.

On her Instagram account, Manay Lolit shared an art card calling for justice for the Golden Retriever dog.

In the caption, Lolit aired how disheartened she is by Killua being maltreated, which resulted in death.

“Ewan ko ba Salve pero siguro pag may nakita ako na maltreated na pet o animal, parang tao rin iyon na inaapi. Kasi nga kung iisipin mo hindi naman kaya ng isang hayop ang lumaban.”

The veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager also reacted to the incident gathering nationwide attention.

“Kaya hindi nakapagtataka na ganuon naging reaction duon sa napatay na aso dahil sa pagpalo sa kanya. Hindi mo rin masisi iyon mga naging violent ang reaction. Mabuti nga ngayon na parang lahat may affection na sa mga hayop na tulad ng aso at pusa dahil naging iba na ang trato sa kanila. Hindi gaya nuon na parang wala talagang pakialam sa mga aso at pusa sa daan. Ngayon maingat na sila sa trato sa mga ito kahit pa nga sabihin askal lang.”

“Iyon reaction sa pagpatay duon sa aso isang patunay na talagang marami na ngayon ang concern sa animal rights.”

Manay Lolit, a furry pet lover, also expressed how much her heart breaks seeing a dog being maltreated.

“Alam mo Salve at Gorgy kung ano ang pakiramdam ng isang may alaga sa kanilang mga pets. Iyon emotional attachment na talagang para din pagmamahal mo sa isang malapit sa puso mo. Hindi ko ma imagine na marinig ang iyak ng pet mo na hindi ka ma apektuhan. For sure tiyak na magri react ka.”

“Kaya how heartbreaking na makita mo na mina maltrato ang isang aso. Buti na lang marami ang nag react. It will now be a lesson to all. Love our animals. May buhay din sila na dapat natin ingatan.”
