The video of a traffic light located somewhere in Cauayan City in Isabela, which took a long time to turn green has gone viral.

In the video, one can clearly see a road sign with the words “Cauayan City” near a road junction.

A caption in the beginning of the footage, which was taken by occupants of a car following a motorcycle, read “only in the Philippines.”

The video also showed a rider stopping at the junction because of the ‘red’ traffic light and then alighting from his motorcycle to open his under-seat storage.

He then suddenly took off his shirt and began to scoop water out of the under-seat storage, which may have had a container filled with water, and began taking a bath in the middle of the road.

Other motorists can’t help but stare at the rider who seemed oblivious to the attention he’s getting.

After about almost three minutes, he again boarded his motorcycle as the camera panned upwards to show the counter on the traffic light at ten seconds before it turns green.

The video, which is posted on the Facebook page of Alex go motovlog, has already reached more than one million views with over 37K reacts and almost a thousand comments.
