Paolo Contis talks about men: “Mahirap mahalin ang lalaki”

Actor Paolo Contis received a deep question from Boy Abunda during a recent episode on GMA’s “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.”

Boy asked Paolo: ”If you were to tell me one thing about men… Sabihin mo sa akin, ano 'yon?”

Paolo, the boyfriend of actress Yen Santos, responded that men can be difficult to love.

“Tito Boy, mahirap mahalin ang lalaki,” he replied.

He explained that it can be challenging to love men since they usually suppress their emotions, including their angst and pain. According to Paolo, men do this to act strong even if sometimes they are not actually strong.

“I have to be honest, nakakainggit 'yung ibang mga tao that they're open about their feelings. Maraming tagong angst, pain ang lalaki because we always have to act strong. And sometimes you're not that strong and you cannot show it to the people,” Paolo explained.

Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor and comedian who appeared in his acting debut in the ABS-CBN comedy show "Ang TV". Paolo is also known for being part of the primetime comedy series "Oki Doki Doc". He has won several awards, particularly at the PMPC Star Awards. His celebrity ex-partners include Lian Paz and LJ Reyes.

In a past report, Paolo Contis confirmed that he and Yen Santos are in a romantic relationship. The actor made the revelation during Boy Abunda’s interview with him in GMA’s “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.” The King of Talk likewise thanked Paolo for giving an honest answer.
