The gentle carabao, Doro, was successfully redeemed with the help of the program, “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS),” along with the help of netizens and some of the show’s viewers.

Doro was ultimately returned to Lola Mary Jane who cared for him for 30 years.

In the video, Doro appeared very excited to go down the truck that brought him back to his adoptive mother, Lola Mary Jane, who rushed to hug her beloved carabao.

“Sa tulong ng ating programa at ng ating mga manonood, nitong Huwebes, natubos na ni Nanay Mary Jane si Doro,” KMJS stated in a post on its Facebook page.
“Magkasama na silang muli,” it added.

The other children of Lola Mary Jane also used some of the proceeds of the sale as additional capitalization in their sari-sari store business.

However, the elderly grandmother was filled with grief over her separation with the carabao that she already considered the youngest member of her family.

With the return of Doro to her, Lola Mary Jane is undoubtedly happy again.
