Explaining the design inspiration, Alex revealed that she wanted the nursery to reflect the classic aesthetic of their equestrian-inspired baby shower:

"Dahil nga yung ating baby shower ay Ralph Lauren theme or plaid theme, so parang gusto ko pati yung kuwarto niya, ganun yung effect... Alam niyo naman ako diba, laki ako sa polo... sports namin, hindi tumbang preso, kung hindi polo, sa mga kabayo!"

The calm nursery is outfitted with beige-striped wallpaper, soft wainscoting, an arched wooden bookcase, a comfortable nursing recliner, and custom pillows embroidered with "Isaac" and "Morada."
