It was an emotional afternoon on the 'It's Showtime' stage as Ryan Bang could not hold back his tears while looking back at his past with singer-songwriter Yeng Constantino.

Following Yeng's 'Biyaheng Bente' concert, Ryan found himself all over TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram after clips of Yeng serenading him went viral. On the show, Vice Ganda playfully teased him about trending online and earning praise from netizens for how much he has matured and "bloomed" through the years.

When Ryan explained that viewers simply saw him grow up since he was 18, he brought up Yeng’s name—instantly sending the hosts and studio audience into loud cheers.

Ryan went on to share how they used to go on casual dinner and coffee dates around Serendra and BGC.

At one point, Vice shared why he was with Ryan during Yeng's concert, revealing that Ion couldn't make it. For Ryan, sitting in the audience brought an unexpected rush of nostalgia:

"Thank you, Mommy, kasi sinama mo ako sa concert ni Yeng. Nag-flashback sa akin lahat... It was one of my best moments," he confessed.

As the studio played Yeng's song 'Salamat', Ryan's eyes welled up with tears, prompting Vice to immediately step forward and pull him into a tight group hug alongside their co-hosts Ion Perez and Darren Espanto.

Wiping away his tears with a tissue handed by Vice, Ryan vulnerably opened up to the 'Unkabogable Star.'

"Makakahanap kaya ako na... syempre tulad ni Yeng na nung nag-umpisa ako, wala ako pang-bayad ng date, wala akong kotse, wala akong pera. Paulit-ulit yung damit ko, pero minahal... may chance pala ako sa kanya. Makakahanap kaya ako ng ganun?"

Listening to his raw confession, Vice offered heartfelt comfort, reminding Ryan that he does not need to rush or worry about finding true romance, and that love will find him at the right time someday in the future.

"Hindi ka makakahanap. Ikaw ang hahanapin ng pag-ibig," Vice gently assured him. "Kaya hindi mo kailangang maghanap. Love will find you. Just wait. We just wait," he added.

Ryan Bang is a South Korean television personality, comedian, actor, and host who became famous in the Philippines. He gained popularity after joining Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash 2010, where he finished as the 1st Runner Up. After PBB, Ryan became a regular host on It's Showtime, a popular noontime variety show on ABS-CBN. Even though he is from Korea, Ryan has fully embraced the Filipino culture, often showcasing it in various ways which eventually made him a well-loved personality in the Philippine entertainment business.
