Bettinna detailed how she and her husband, Mikki Eduardo, manage round-the-clock parenting together.
"For the past 2 weeks already since we laid off our night nurse and shifted the yayas to daytime, Mikki and I have been doing the night shift where we split the boys and care for them as if we have a singleton each. We do 8 PM-5 AM and then at 5 we hand-off to the yayas and we could go back to bed and sleep a little more or stay awake until Gummy goes to school and Amina wakes up," Bettinna shared.

Bettinna opened up about her initial worries while pregnant, hoping she could still be fully present for their daughters, Gummy and Amina, while caring for the twins.
"My prayer when I was still pregnant was to still be mom to my girls and wife to my husband even when having the twins will be so demanding of me. And this is how God answered that prayer. Not by giving us a smooth nor an easy season. But one where we are being sanctified and are growing—in relating to one another, in communicating, in wisdom to better steward our time and resources," she wrote.
In another part of the carousel, Bettinna expressed how amazed she is by Mikki's selflessness and commitment to their household, sharing that he temporarily stepped back from his studies to prioritize them.
"Love, I am so blessed to have you as my husband. Thank you for being so willing to go through this with me. I never thought of asking for your help with the twins at night because I didn’t believe you could do it—survive lack of sleep. But you managed and manage to—and I'm sure only by God’s Grace! Thanks for taking an LOA from Bible school so you can help me and be present for all your kids (not just the twins) at this time. Thank you for honoring us and treating your family as your primary ministry," she penned.
Highlighting a photo of Mikki carrying both baby boys in a carrier while looking at his phone, Bettinna playfully shared how he balances work with daddy duties.
"This is @mikki.e.eduardo in his working dad era haha. Giving his assistants 'Gemma' and 'Claude' their assignments so work continues even as he takes the twins," she shared.
Bettinna Carlos is a Filipina actress and host. She began her career at the age of 15 with GMA Network. She later moved to ABS-CBN before returning to GMA in 2012. As previously reported by KAMI, Bettinna Carlos recently bared that an ultrasound routine meant to check for an ectopic pregnancy unexpectedly revealed she was carrying twins. Her OB-GYN pointed out that the two embryos were not from the same egg and were likely conceived days apart, creating a noticeable difference. While Bettinna always quietly desired to have twin boys when she was younger, she never thought it was genetically possible back then.
Meanwhile, Bettinna Carlos and her husband, Mikki, shared a hilarious video of their daughter Gummy's reaction to their gender reveal. The couple used "everyday things" at home to playfully represent the news that they are expecting twin boys this time. However, a sleepy Gummy was initially confused by the "props" on her breakfast plates. Bettinna then confirmed she is currently 21 weeks pregnant with "Eduardo twin boys," which delighted her fans on social media.
