Tired of hearing baseless online rumors about her family, Kendra Kramer is speaking out to defend her parents from unfair criticism.
Taking to her verified Instagram account @kramer.kendra, the celebrity daughter shared a multi-page statement alongside a family photo. Kendra made it clear right from the start that she chose to write the post purely on her own accord.

"From a daughter's point of view, it is very sad and disappointing to see all the hate and negativity about our family and most especially my parents. Albeit, it's just a few, but I wanted to talk about it online. And no, my parents did not tell me to write this. I'm doing it on my own accord," Kendra opened.
Kendra directly addressed assumptions regarding her showbiz and modeling gigs, clarifying that her parents always sought her consent first.

"My parents have spoken to me before and asked if I truly wanted to be in the show business world. They asked if it was something I wanted. And I said yes. Wholeheartedly, I love modeling and I love doing it with my family. My parents have never ever taken advantage of me," she affirmed.
Kendra also pushed back against claims that her parents are overly controlling of her personal life and development as well.
"I have my own social life—with my sports and with my friends. They are NOT controlling parents, only caring ones who want the best for me and my siblings. They put me in regular school, they let me go out and enjoy with my friends, and most of all, my dad and my mom guide me with my sports... Please do not come out and say my parents are controlling my life, they care about me and I stand by that," she explained.
Addressing why her father Doug often accompanies her, Kendra shared that she is introverted and values having her parents by her side at events.
"My dad is the most generous, most kind, and most protective person I know. Respectfully, you guys do not know anything about him personally for you guys to be spreading such intense rumors online about him. I ask him to come with me to all my events because I want him to be with me..." she wrote.
Closing her statement, Kendra appealed to the public to stop spreading hate against her family.
"We are not a perfect family, but we put Christ in the center of all our lives. Please stop the negativity and hate. It hurts me to see the people I love getting spoken about like this online," she penned.
Her parents quickly responded in the comment section with emotional messages. Cheska commented, "Love you, Ate!" while Doug wrote, "I love you Kendra. Made me 🥺."
