Lovi Poe pens sweet birthday message for husband Monty Blencowe

Lovi Poe made sure her husband, Monty Blencowe, could not hide from the spotlight as she marked his birthday with a sweet message on social media.

In an Instagram post, the actress shared a black-and-white photo of herself embracing Monty while giving followers a glimpse of their affectionate bond.

“Happy birthday to my camera-shy scientist. Sorry, no hiding today! All eyes are on you,” Lovi wrote.

She then highlighted the roles he holds closest to their family.

“Celebrating the amazing husband and dad that you are,” she added.

Lovi’s description of Monty as her “scientist” also reflects his professional background. UCLA lists Montgomery Blencowe as an alumnus of its Molecular, Cellular, and Integrative Physiology program and identifies him as a project scientist at its Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology.

Aside from his work in science and research, Monty has also been involved in the entertainment industry as a film producer.

Lovi and Monty married in England in August 2023. Before becoming husband and wife, the actress previously shared that they first met through a friend while she was in Los Angeles. She recalled initially having a different impression of him before getting to know him better.
