The singer and former Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition Big Winner recently joined a feeding program organized through Project Pearls, a non-profit organization focused on providing education, nutrition, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities to underserved communities. During the activity, Mika personally served meals to children and handed out copies of her book, Lipad, making the event more memorable for its young beneficiaries.
Photos from the outreach were shared by Aguila Entertainment CEO Katrina Aguila on Instagram. Aside from the feeding activity, the event also celebrated children who had successfully recovered from malnutrition through an awarding ceremony that recognized their progress.
"Our Big Winner with a Big Heart just attended the awarding ceremony of Project Pearls for children who have overcome malnourishment," Katrina wrote.

She also highlighted Mika's growing commitment to helping children receive proper nutrition and support.
"Mika, through Project Pearls, was given the chance to advocate for all kids in less fortunate communities to have the opportunity to have healthy meals,” she added.
During the program, Mika delivered a heartfelt message that reflected the purpose behind her advocacy.
"Like what Mika said earlier, every child deserves to be loved and taken care of," Katrina shared.
According to Katrina, Mika hopes her influence can inspire more people to pay attention to the struggles faced by children living in poverty, not only within Metro Manila but throughout the Philippines.
"She is hoping that through her platform, in her own little way, she can be able to share awareness of what is happening to the kids, not only in Metro Manila, but all over the country," Katrina said.
She concluded with a reminder encouraging everyone to contribute however they can.
"No child should be left behind. Let's do our part in helping those in need," she added.
Project Pearls is currently requesting food donations instead of cash to continue supporting the children under its care. Those interested in helping are encouraged to contact the organization through its official social media pages.
Mika's latest outreach effort comes amid a busy year for the singer. She recently released her debut album Mahika under Star Music, held her first album launch at the SM North Sky Dome, and unveiled the music video for her single "What If Tayo?" While her music career continues to grow, Mika is also making it clear that she wants her platform to create a meaningful impact beyond the stage.
Mika Salamanca is a prominent Filipino social media influencer, vlogger, and singer who first gained widespread popularity through her engaging lifestyle content and music covers on YouTube. Managed by GMA Network's Sparkle talent agency, her career has since expanded into mainstream television, notably culminating in her victory as the co-winner of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition in 2025.

In another report, Mika Salamanca shared that the most unbelievable rumor she has repeatedly encountered is speculation that she is pregnant. The actress-content creator said she and her team usually laugh off false claims instead of allowing them to affect her. Mika also believes that some online bashers may actually come from people within one's own circle who hide behind anonymous troll accounts.
Meanwhile, Mika Salamanca surprised many after naming herself when asked which celebrity she considers "performative" on social media. The actress-content creator explained that critics have often described her that way, but she believes being "a little bit performative" can have a positive impact if it inspires kindness and encourages people to help others.
