The actress uploaded a series of photos from their travels and reflected on the meaningful experiences they shared as a family. According to Nadine, she knew the trip would be memorable, but she did not anticipate how much it would teach and remind her about important things in life.
"This Japan trip made me realize so many things. I knew it would be memorable, but I didn’t expect it to be this meaningful," she wrote in her Instagram post.
Among the moments she recalled was spending time alone with her husband, Richard Chua, while their children stayed at the hotel. It was the first time the couple stepped out together to buy food and other necessities without their kids.

Nadine shared that their children stayed behind and behaved well during that time. She also amusingly revealed that the kids were hesitant to leave the hotel because they thought there might be a ghost there.
The celebrity also highlighted several family activities they enjoyed during the trip. They explored Namba, rode taxis around the city, visited Universal Studios Japan, and spent time enjoying various attractions together.
She was particularly touched by the sweet gestures of her daughter Heather, whom she described as very artistic and creative. Nadine shared that Heather made special notes for her during the trip, something she said reflects how thoughtful her children are.
The actress also expressed joy in watching her children grow up. Seeing them walk around and enjoy simple moments reminded her of how quickly time passes.
"My cute kids walking lang, nakakatuwa malalaki na sila grabe bilis ng panahon," she wrote.
Other memorable moments included family dinners, visits to convenience stores, watching boats, taking evening walks, and enjoying Japan's popular claw machines, where her children managed to win several prizes.
Nadine also shared her appreciation for seeing her children simply enjoy being kids. For her, those ordinary yet meaningful moments became some of the most valuable parts of the trip.
The actress ended her post by thanking God for the experience and the opportunity to spend quality time with her loved ones.
