“Enjoy mo lang ang course. Life is short. Bahala na kung magba-bar o hindi. Huwag masyadong magpapadala sa pressure ng buhay,” she wrote.

The actress also explained why she chooses to document her journey. According to her, sharing experiences can inspire other people who may be going through similar challenges.

“It’s nice to document everything, para maka-inspire din ng ibang tao. Bawal ang sobrang pressure... baka mabaliw tayo,” she added.

Beyond her response to the commenter, the actress shared a longer reflection about life, growth, and success. She emphasized that people should celebrate every step forward instead of constantly worrying about how quickly they can reach their destination.

“Just enjoy every journey, celebrate the small wins, and be proud of every little step you achieve in life,” she said.

Yasmien admitted that she has come to realize that life should not be treated as a race. She encouraged people to stop comparing themselves with others and instead focus on their own progress.

“Sino ba ang hinahabol mo? Sarili mo o ibang tao?” she wrote, adding that everyone has different timelines and experiences.

The celebrity also spoke about the realities of studying law. She acknowledged that law school is difficult and requires years of preparation, hard work, and sacrifices. Despite the challenges, she said she feels proud of reaching an important milestone after completing her first year.

“Mahirap talaga ang law school kasi napakahaba ng preparation. Pinaghahandaan na kami para sa Bar as early as first year,” she shared.

The actress noted that surviving her first year was already a meaningful achievement worth celebrating. For her, progress does not always have to be measured by major accomplishments. Sometimes, simply continuing to move forward each day is already a victory.

She also reminded followers to be genuinely happy for other people's successes and avoid bitterness when others achieve their goals first. According to Yasmien, everyone follows a different path in life, and comparisons only create unnecessary stress.
