During their guest appearance on “Oh My Gan!,” JM Ibarra opened up about his continued desire to pursue aviation and eventually become a pilot, saying he hopes to enroll in flight school within the year.
“Hopefully this year makapag-flight school ako,” JM said.
He also emphasized his strong personal principle of finishing what he starts, explaining that once he commits to something, he makes sure to complete it.

“May ugali lang ako na kapag nasimulan ko, hindi pwedeng hindi ko siya tatapusin,” he said.
Although he is currently enjoying his acting career, JM made it clear that aviation remains his ultimate goal for the future.
“Nag-eenjoy ako sa pagiging actor, sa pag-arte. Masaya ako sa ginagawa ko ngayon. Pero kung saan ko gustong propesyon mamatay, sa pagiging piloto lang,” he said.
Meanwhile, Fyang Smith shared that she has long aspired to become a medical professional, specifically a general surgeon. Despite her busy schedule in showbiz, she continues to pursue her studies through online classes.
“Ako, general surgeon talaga,” she said.
Fyang added that she is currently taking business marketing but hopes to eventually shift to medicine when the opportunity allows.
“Hangga’t kayang pagsabayin, gagawin ko,” Fyang said.
She also admitted that while she is committed to her studies, she is currently enjoying her work in the entertainment industry.
“Nag-eenjoy pa ako sa work ko na meron ngayon,” she said.
Both JM and Fyang are currently starring in the film Almost Us, marking their first project together as an on-screen love team. The film has drawn attention not only for their pairing but also for their off-screen dedication to their respective dreams outside showbiz.
Fyang Smith is a 20-year-old Filipino content creator, model, and actress who was raised in Mandaluyong by a Filipina mother and an American businessman father.
