Celebrity mom Yasmien Kurdi recently shared a "late post" on Instagram to document a very special milestone: the 2nd birthday of her youngest daughter, Raya Layla. The celebration, held on April 28, was kept simple yet full of love and delicious food.

Yasmien admitted that the days leading up to the party were quite a struggle because of a health issue.
"Buong linggo akong nahihilo dahil sa vertigo na first time kong naranasan," she shared. On top of her health issues, she also had to rush from a school exam just to make it to the dinner.
Thankfully, she had plenty of help. Yasmien gave a special shoutout to those who helped prepare the feast, as she didn't have enough time to cook. Photos show the family—including her husband Rey Soldevilla and their eldest daughter Ayesha—enjoying a spread that featured a large lechon, pasta, and a cute carrot-themed birthday cake. for Baby Raya.

In her heartfelt message, Yasmien reflected on how much joy Raya Layla has brought to their home.
"Hindi kami makapaniwala na 2 years old ka na... ang bilis mo lumaki. You bring so much joy and light into our lives," she wrote.
The actress mentioned that she wanted to post these memories so that Raya Layla could see one day just how much she is cherished in the family.
"Thank you for making everything worth it! Love na love ka ni Mama, Papa, and Ate Ayesha," she concluded.
